4:40 the coat rack joke was funny enough, but the immediate follow-up with the instant cut to Sammy wearing glasses was so good it actually made me laugh with cereal in my mouth. Very rarely does anything get a "lol" out of me, let alone an educational video. Very well done.

Also when using a microscope with 2 lenses you might need to adjust their distance until you see just one circle when looking through them .

Shouldn’t you freeze samples for cryo microscopy in LN conditions, so -195 degrees instead of -160 degrees

Well duh, it uses magnets to pull the image closer there fore appearing bigger.
