What a great video. I'm currently planning my trip to Japan for 2024. You gave me some ideas of things I didn't now about. Like Mt. Kango climb! That sounds amazing. Did you go with a group or did you get a guide? I would love to do some hiking but definitely am not experienced enough for a solo hike. Thanks!!!

Glad you enjoyed the video! For that specific hike, it has a normal paved path you can follow that's nice and easy, but we booked a guide that took us off that and through the woods. We booked it through Airbnb experiences.

Karahori Toast Cafe Fine in Osaka! It's a tiny little place run by an incredibly sweet lady. Very mom & pop kinda vibe.

The name of the restaurant was "Big Fight Fishing Chihayakawa - MT. KONGO" and cost about $15 each person (2,000 yen)
