I do MY Turkey the SAME but add lemon..I squeeze some juice on after the garlicky butter and shove the lemon halves inside w the onion and celery ,just a couple it's soooo good! I just know when I roast chicken w lemon everyone loves it so added it to Turkey AND its bomb !! Happy late thanksgiving!!!!

Its actually called a Po ke bowl not pokey. In hawaiian poke means the cut style of the raw fish in the bowls. So cube shape. A true original poke bowl is fresh rice, & raw fish or whatever raw mix of seafood available.
