working on those catnaps for my little one! got them up to 40 min, but would love for them to be at least a full hour. Routines definitely help!!..p.s. sydney looks like mama here!

Developmentally normal. If you don’t have a swing, they help, a lot.

@@kkm3636 honestly no tricks.. just stay consistent with your routine. Figure out one that works for your child. Once our baby turned 6months for some reason she just snapped in the napping routine and it has been great ever since. She turned 1yr yesterday

Oh God I'm desperate, 4 naps today, all of them catnaps, I can't finish anything today.. 30/45 min each nap. She is 2 months age, but I miss so much hers 1.20 /2 hours naps

I can’t believe I started out watching you from the hospital bag video when I was about to have my son and now he’s almost 6 months old and Sydney is 8 months 😭 seems like yesterday. I admit I’ve been terrible at establishing good sleeping habits and I feel like I dig my hole deeper everyday. I need to get my ish together. Btw, how was Krispy Kreme? 😋
