I can agree that controller is just easier. I even I understand how people can play and not care to win or lose. It just simplifies the game so much and is so much less stressful. I still believe that we don't need aim assist. I would say, Aim Assist is equal to High-Alert. It's give you an ability outside the physical realm of the game, more akin to a super power than a skill. It can normally be countered. I'd love a perk that soft counters Aim Assist. If you've ever played Vigilante, The Radar Jammer power-up is what I have in mind. The Radar Jammer power-up creates an alternate target that quickly trails the player as they move, and serves as a decoy target.
