SAF Powder. I wear redwings day in and out. Putting SAF powder in the sock before wearing it works for me. If you already got athlete's foot happening. Use the cream called Lamisil, cost a bit, but its the most effective cream i've used.

About the foot crack, it might be Hong Kong foot. You need to buy a specific cream for it. Do always keep ur foot dry as much as possible!

For foot rot, go back soak your leg in warm water + vinegar (white). Abit pain but will work one. If okay liao treat me makan! hahahhas
