I know what's app in 2016 was so easy for every age group also for beginners who were new to internet. But Now It's ui and extra features makes complicated for user from old age group . They're also facing trouble using new features now.I mean they should solve the purpose of whatapp. I mean integrating everything doesn't make sense of purpose. Btw I'm forced to use whatsapp because majority people are using what'sapp😢.
