You guys have it wrong. China wants to sell to USA and get paid in US dollars. Then they can buy USA goods with these dollars. China will have an excess, so instead of buying USA bonds with this, they would trade these excess dollars with other countries for their local currency. China has it planned out better than i am explaining it, but it is so China won't have to buy USA bonds, which could be confiscated. Never under estimate the Chinese, or do so at your own peril.
