Muhammad is a lovely young man - and very honest. I pray he will come to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour. Whatever religion we follow - we need a Saviour who can release us from sin and hell. We have all sinned against a holy God - and there is NOTHING we can do to remove that sin and gain entrance into heaven. No 'good works' will make us good enough to gain entrance into heaven. That is why we need a sinless Saviour who can pay the price for our sin - and He did that by His own death on the Cross of Calvary. There is only one Saviour who died for all mankind. He shed His blood for the sin of the world. We all have a backlog of sin that needs to be dealt with - and there is only one Sin-Bearer who can take away the sin of the world.

This is very patronising and pathetic, how disparate can you be to get down to this level. BTW, God is merciful, he doesn't need to sacrifice an innocent man so that even criminals can go to heaven.

Jehovah God saw that there was no other way for sinful men and women to enter heaven. On his own sinful man (that's all of us), cannot enter into the presence of a holy God. God cannot just let him off - because he has done a few good deeds. He would still be a sinner - and would ruin the perfection of heaven. The only way was for God to send His Son Jesus (who is perfect) to give up His life in exchange for ours. He took our sin upon Himself on the Cross - and gave us His righteousness in exchange. Is that not the most wonderful Good News (Gospel) you have ever heard my friend? The Father showed He had accepted the sacrifice of Jesus, by raising Him from the dead. Now, all who accept Jesus - as Master and Saviour (and yes, even criminals, can be accepted by our merciful God) - can be changed into His likeness. You are free to reject Jesus as your Lord and Saviour - but you must realise that if you continue on that path it will lead to a lost eternity in hell. John Harris cares for the souls of those who are lost - and that is not patronising or pathetic - but loving in the extreme.

God came down and died, he didnt just kill some dude for the fun of it, if God is a good judge (which he is) he wouldnt be able to let us go to heaven at all because we have all broken the law of God (the 10 commandments) but since he is merciful he lets us go to heaven by the blood of the perfect sacrafice (for the wages of sin is death) he took on our sin, also youre a liar theif and adulterer just as much as everyone else even me, none of us deserver heaven thats why God needed to give us a sacrafice because we couldnt sacrifice enough lambs or animals in the whole world to attone for our sins, reject this and you have made an idol (a "god" that you have made instead of what God has revealed of himself.)
