I have had my new house for only a year and a half. One of the Simonton 6100 Picture Windows cracked on the inside. No kids in the house, the bottom of the window starts 10 1/2' from the floor, and nothing hit it, but they will not cover it by warranty. I'm already talking to the builder about swapping window companies for future builds. So not sure if the quality has changed from when this video was put out.

If you know a window person, they can fix it for you by removing the glazing bead, take the glass out and replace the broken one.🙏🏾
