@@dogeinator6164 "Run as administrator" works for any application. You can run Notepad as an administrator to get more permissions, such as editing hosts files (which is normally protected).

Have you tried multiple refresh rates? I wonder how Windows has dealt with it historically, I have two monitors 1920x1080@165 and 1920x1200@60. On Linux it was really annoying for the longest because XOrg handled it really badly and not really at all, but Wayland did just fine but was unstable on NVIDIA. Only just now have I been able to use it to it's fullest extent when I got a AMD GPU and used Wayland, now it works like a charm absolutely zero issues
