I had a squatting issue with my ex. After we broke up, she kept saying she didn't want to be there but refused to move out. She threatened to steal my floors (yes you read that right) and that's when I called the cops. They said "you gotta file an eviction notice at the court house." It was a hassle but eventually she left. Also Cam you'll get arrested for being a slumlord if you make it real uncomfortable.

I’m not that familiar with auto insurance but homegirl likely filed a lawsuit against his bodily injury liability insurance if he didn’t inform that he had it - people are very clever when it comes to seeking damages and she must have worked in the insurance industry to finesse that haha I’m sure all the big names insurance companies lot of are about to be amend there policies to exclude it in the future. Also, if you have a homeowners or renter insurance- they may have exclusion if someone seeking damages if the you (the policyholder) sexually assaulted, molested and/or violently attacked them. It’s also very common to see pitbull, German Shepard etc. exclusion if they attacked someone. As boring as insurance seems it’s actually very interesting ! Love y’all

That vaccine is relatively new. I remember when it first came out they were recommending it for young teens/preteens prior to them engaging any sexual activity. I was already grown by that point. I still think there is a age max since HPV is sooo common and does typically clear on it's own.....unless it's a strain that leads to cancers, etc
