I have a question: is the physical world and the higher non physical dimensions two seperate realities? I mean is it like the two are completely unrelated, where even the ultimate knowledge of physical can never even be connected to the non physical dimensions(and thus the quest of finding the 'truth' using sciences facing an existential crisis) ? Swami Vivekananda explained the same in his commentary on Raja Yoga. But he explained in terms of "Pranic" vibration . The word Prana means life force..He said that as our Prana vibrate at a particular frequency , we can perceive "Higher Being" vibrating in resonance with that frequency, in other words there are many exalted or spiritually evolved being who live on the planet without a body and ordinary human cannot perceive that. But if we can make your prana rise up to that state we can easily perceive them . Prana can be controlled through Pranayama, meditation and knowledge

A complex concept is simplified and explained to us in common language. That's who a Guru is.... Namaskaram Sadhguru.... The concept of different levels of stillness and experiencing nature and inanimate. 5:44 I have experienced this vibratory state, first I felt fear, as if the cosmos itself was simply going to vanish. Then I felt as though I had gone too far, I was no longer looking outward, but I was the vibration, and in some ways I no longer felt like I existed, floating through a ecstatic oneness of energy, and suddenly I regained itself, said that enlightenment stuff isn't going to earn you any recognition, and so it was over. Wow! @5:34 - Sadhguru describes the state of "Rithambara-Prajna". Never thought Sadhguru was attained to that level. I have only heard those who have actually experienced this state, describing it (you will not hear these words from a scholar - scholars typically tell right & wrong, dos & don'ts etc. by translating their scripture, but they have zero real experience of actually transcending the mind, and experiencing the subtler Reality within).
