Master yukteshwar giri (guru of paramhansa yoganand) told paramhansa to meditate whenever he sees a still form of water. It signifies the ultimate stillness of Ishwara(source of creation) Hence for this state of Ishwara, source of creation is also called as "Varuna" the one who is as still as water. Hence there are thousands of names of Ishwara(source of creation) mentioned in Vedas.

Swami Vivekananda explained the same in his commentary on Raja Yoga. But he explained in terms of "Pranic" vibration . The word Prana means life force..He said that as our Prana vibrate at a particular frequency , we can perceive "Higher Being" vibrating in resonance with that frequency, in other words there are many exalted or spiritually evolved being who live on the planet without a body and ordinary human cannot perceive that. But if we can make your prana rise up to that state we can easily perceive them . Prana can be controlled through Pranayama, meditation and knowledge

I have a question: is the physical world and the higher non physical dimensions two seperate realities? I mean is it like the two are completely unrelated, where even the ultimate knowledge of physical can never even be connected to the non physical dimensions(and thus the quest of finding the 'truth' using sciences facing an existential crisis) ? And the only connection between the two worlds being that the physical is run by the non physical dimensions, much like a completely unrelated electricity running machines. whoever read this, please share your opinions : )

If you read in the book of Joshua from chapters 8 to 12, you do not find much intelligence in that genocide.
