"hi n3ac3y" When you got frustrated and yelled at him to back under the pink ward (which was comical lol), it really indicates how serious you are about your clients getting their moneys worth and helping them on actually improving. Especially in this case, where the game is really difficult to win with a yuumi twitch+sylas who were all utterly fed, the tips to carry become much clearer for the viewer. Probably one of the best vids so far, keep up the content Neace
@VictorAFP3 жыл бұрын
Yelling at them equates to him caring about them getting their money's worth? What kind of logic is this? You can see he just has zero patience and it results in him being aggressive and yelling very quickly. Why are you making up some weird justification?

@@VictorAFP He's not abusing him, little snowflake. He's giving him direction, and he gives it with more volume and urgency when a) the guy isn't doing it, and b) wasting tempo means you lose.

@@ricobarth Neace is a fantastic player. But that doesn't mean 1. he's always right, and 2. yelling is going to teach the client effectively. When he was yelling at him to back on the pink ward, sure, it might have been the right call. But there are also a lot of reasons why he could have been wrong, too. What if there was vision somewhere else in that jungle, and the enemy team saw him? In that case, they could be pathing towards him and end up checking that brush. That's probably what was going through his mind, and getting yelled at to do something is NOT the type of coaching I would pay 200 bucks for.
@ricobarth3 жыл бұрын
@@junebug2999 Why would you pay for coaching and not listen to your coach? And it was literally HIS pink ward. So, unsurprisingly, you are 100% wrong. Too many people in League have never played a team sport with a real coach.
@junebug29993 жыл бұрын
@@ricobarth I'm a soccer player. I don't get coaching to get my hand held. I want to know why I'm doing things instead of being yelled at to do them mindlessly. You even saw the client say at the end "sorry if it seemed like I wasn't listening." Poor guy was trying his best and he came out thinking he was playing terribly simply because he was a little slow to listen to instructions. That's a coach that makes the player feel like shit, not genuinely teach him. Also, you completely missed my point. The client walked through the entire enemy jungle to get to that pink ward. There could've been a trinket literally anywhere in that vicinity, and if the enemy had the slightest idea he was in there, they could walk in that direction and catch him. Again, I never said if my jungle call was right or wrong. I'm a gold player, not a challenger player. But as a student, I'm trying to get my whole decision-making to change so I can make the right choice on my own without Neace or some other coach yelling into my ear.

Having been a tutor I completely understand when NEACE gets impatient / yells. Someone has paid him for his time of their own free will presumably because their knowledge is lacking and they want him to help fill in the gaps. If they don't listen to instructions or make an effort to put their learned skills into practice, then what's the point of them even being there? And yes, a lot of people think "well you're getting paid for it so why do you care if they waste the time?" Because it's about more than just the money, the point of you doing this is because you want to play a role in other people's success and help them achieve their goals, so if they're not spending the time with you well, then it does feel like you're wasting your time.

@niscent_3 жыл бұрын
hi n3ac3y, just a little tip from someone who read a bit on neurology and psychology, and it might help you in some occurrences to get faster reactions from your clients. when you told them to do something or they where doing something, and you give them an instruction before they finished, try to always include the idea of giving up the first task in your wording. for example around 11:00 something simple like "too late", "forget it" or "it's useless", before "shove top" would have gotten a faster reaction from your client. the human mind tends to put new instruction after the unfinished ones in the working memory, so the person will continue the previous task for a few seconds on auto pilot before he gets the time to think back. if you state with words that you're cancelling the previous instruction, you're making sure this won't happen. aside from that i had a question about tryndamere itemization, galeforce vs kraken is pretty self explanatory, but what makes you decide phantom dancer over navori? i feel like navori, though more expensive, brings most things you could want from phantom dancer though in a different way. dps: more ad vs more attack speed. fight mobility: E reset (one auto on champ with navori, two without), vs raw movespeed. roaming: cdr to spin through walls vs raw movespeed. i guess phantom dancer is better to dps tanky targets with kraken?

13:40 is the screenshot defining what a hell low elo can be. Roughly 16 minutes has passed that game and somehow a yuumi+twitch is winning over the enemy botlane, even though they play the most greedy scaling comp i've ever seen. Meanwhile sylas is running around, drooling all over the place, with 9 kills, meaning he basically got a kill roughly every second minute. Either someone on the clients team is smoking crack and passing it to the other teammates, or this shouldn't be able to happen this early in a game ever.

You showed him that Nasus would've died to Ignite but I think that minion aggro of a built up wave is a huge thing that your clients do not understand too well. Let's say the dive wasn't even considered. Mid and bot go on to int and enemy jgl is freefarming. Game is lost and it feels like nothing could be done, even though that's not true. It's dunning kruger, i.e. you don't know that you're bad because you lack the knowledge to understand what a bad player is. Dunning-kruger is the root cause of the illusion of elo hell.

As much as it must be uncomfortable to be yelled at by Neace, I learn so much from those moments. If you think about it, those 3-5 seconds it takes for someone to press b add up to easily a minute or 2 of farming. That's automatically a 1 or 2 lvl difference than your opponent if you froze and pushed correctly. And that's only for a sub 25 minute game. For a longer game it could literally be 4-5 minutes of extra farming. Totally wild!

He’s just so infuriating to lane against, he has no mana problems, a ridiculous level 1 cause of rage, free healing for infinite sustain, and tbh that’s not all that bad, cause all of that just makes him an oppressive auto attacker which is fine. My problem is his ult, it shouldn’t be in the game. There just isn’t a good way to balance it. It makes him a tank, that only needs to build damage, but doesn’t get the downsides of not build defense. And he says fuck you to all of any ad you build. His ult just needs a rework into something that has at least a tiny bit of counter play. Some people say that it has counter play in the form of cc, but no champion in the game has 5 full seconds of cc especially in a lane where top laners have maybe 1 cc ability and it’s usually only a second or so, which trynd has a slow and a dash so it doesn’t even matter. Idk how they would change it but his ult needs at least a slight rework

Is it possible to carry a team as a support ? I feel majority of the time it's out of my control e.g. Top feeds and Mid doesn't roam or move just afk all game after support roams and gives them a lead
@darkside97783 жыл бұрын
I think not mostly because the support is the backbone of the team if they were idiots you cant do anything unlike the others they have a higher percentage to carry a game . so mostly the support cant carry alone and thats my opinion
@NekoSeeU4443 жыл бұрын
It's definitely possible. He did a video with alicopter and he has been able to carry games as support simply because he knew the fundamentals: when to roam, where to be, what to do, who to peel for, etc. Since specially in low elo people expect the support to be perma bot not doing anything so if you learn to roam more and to join in with your jungler to set up ganks more often than not the enemy won't even know what to do to lessen your impact making u hard carry along with your mid and jungle.
