Great video! I would have loved a house like that but I don't need that much space since it's just me and my son. I live in Las Vegas and purchased a 2 bed, 2 bath townhome in September of 2023. I got $15,000 towards my down payment. The flooring in my townhome is tile with the exception of the two bedrooms which is fine with me. The less carpet the better in my opinion.

Hello! Property Taxes in Winter Haven are at .93%. The final price of the house will determine amount, For a property like in the video should be around $2500-$2900.
