you could apply it to any kind of place-able smoke (Omen, Viper, Cypher, and now Astra) Ascent was used but if you look at most of the maps in game they all have a mid center Bind is a bit trickier because the teleport makes a really loud noise and is an instant rotate from A > B hookah or B Long to A Showers. You want to play off your teammates as well but you don't want to make it easy for you to get killed so precise timing is everything. The video is good knowledge especially for people wanting to play comp. You can frustrate A LOT of people by placing ineffective smokes, not playing off their death etc. And a lot of people create the hellscape that is Iron/Bronze Elo. I'm bronze so that's why I'm here I'm tired of ass teammates and for the most part I'm trying to learn more of using them as bait and intentionally as well. If they aren't useful for their gameplay they can be useful for something else. (as toxic as that sounds, they don't have me to blame)

@Mohit Singh the “rule says” is not true. Your rank is determined on how you played first unrated games and then on how somehow adjusted on how you played first 5 ranked. If you play like Iron player and somehow manage to win all 5 games (it’s possible), you won’t be ranked as Platinum, you probably get Bronze, maybe max Silver.

Not a bad thing here, because he's baiting properly, and specifying that he follows them in. This is the correct way to bait, otherwise known as a trade, and should be used almost all the time, as long as you don't play duelists. Tbh rotation isn't that rare. And often the problem is that if you hold mid, 5 players rush B and overwhelm the 1-2 players holding there. "Easy to hold chokepoints" doesn't apply in low ranks with bad aim :)

I disagree that low ELO players don't lie, rotations are pretty common at Iron/Bronze/Silver, along with the occasional attempt at a single spiker either faking or spiking another site. This happens especially often with the TPs on Bind. It happens far less often with A on Haven, possibly due to how far you can go A long without being challenged by on-site defenders.

In the clips there are times where you take gunfights but it seems to me you do not count them as the enemy seem to be distracted. Thing is since this is low elo they likely were not distracted, their reactions were just slower.
