VERY inspiring but there's NO WAY I would rent a room to anybody I hadn't interviewed at rent and met in person. I take the view that HMOs are not about who you let in but who you KEEP OUT. (I ran two large HMOs successfully.) HMOs are not about letting rooms but rather, matching people. I wonder, do you have tenant issues (eg personality clashes?).
