I've always been a lover of quality wood products, they have an innate warmth that very few other products have. I tip my hat to you for sharing tips & ideas to others & hope that many of them get some inspiration to create. From a business perspective the best thing you talk about in this video is that you don't need a top of the line workshop to get started, that you can do it with the basics to get your idea off the ground. That will perhaps be the difference between someone watching who says "I can't do that as I don't have the tools" to a straight up "Hell yeah I'm doing it".

Man I’m proud of your path. Glad to see a good ole boy like yourself making a positive difference for those around you. I’m a new CNC shop here in south MS. I started with the Camaster Stinger 4x4 5hp spindle and a 24w Jtech laser. I’m getting pretty decent with it now and love watching it work. You make great videos and it’s easy to see that you have an awesome work environment for your employees. Your the future of the greatness of what our country is about to be once again. Hopefully here soon more American companies use CNC shops to produce more items here in the states.

Thanks for sharing all that information. I have a small 25x25" Shark HD4 CNC router and make random things to sell from time to time. I never really imagined what it would be like to need to scale up to make thousands of anything. It's nice to see how you went about doing that.

Thank you Alex, wait until you see what’s next! Currently, I want to help people make projects easier, I have access to wood and can make panels very efficiently so now someone can buy the plans, the wood and the bit and start making projects or making money with minimal machines and effort. I am just doing things I wish I had when I started.

@@cutting-it-close duuuuuude!!! THAT would change the game if you can pull that off in a way that’s sustainable at scale. I’m not a CNC guy yet (although I have two still boxed up in my woodworking shop) but having a resource like what you’re suggesting would definitely ease my learning curve. Do you have a modular based course simmering in the back of your mind to teach CNC beginners? I’m putting money on it that you do.

@@cutting-it-close you can tell I’m a big fan so I’m in for all of what you’re suggesting. Great role model for young entrepreneur woodworkers out there rather than 95% of the woodworking “content creators” that are out there. Never sold a product in their lives and it’s obvious!

I don’t know if this exact product is repeatable, but there is other products that this can happen to I believe. My hope in this video was to show the small and then the scalable way of how we made this product. I think a lot of times because have shock because they think there is no way I would be able to make that many, not realizing it’s a slow progression to get there it just takes time, determination, and most of all some sales coming in.
