do you know that there are no healthful/exerises books for 80 year olds...I guess they thought we were dead...will add this to my routine. excellent.

Super helpful. I do jumps on my two feet. 10 forward, 10 back, 10 each sideways. Gets my heart rate going and I feel like it helps with balance and core.

I've been using standing cables or resistance bands...might not be for everyone. What do you think? Great video thanks!
