Always enjoy your classes. Not very coordinated so the switch was very challenging. Thanks

I liked the opposite land and leg exercise. Really had to focus. Also like that you add some different exercises each week to keep the routine fresh. Thanks!

Thank you for this Eric I've been watching some of your videos. Year and a half ago I land in the hospital for a couple days with a bad stomach bleed and ever since then I knew I gained some weight but at the doctor's office the other day and I gained 30 lbs since then bringing me up over 300 lb now. I'm 65 plus years I need to get in shape. Thanks for all you do.

I am a female 73 and I crossed my legs to sit down Indian style and then lie down. I can get up with one hand raised like you did with minimal effort. I don’t eat any carbohydrates and I have a lot of energy. PS I love your hummingbird picture and all your videos!

I like the new exercises that you've added to the routine-challenging now, but that means growth for me. My balance is continuing to improve. Thank you.

I took a terrible fall in the driveway. Fell heavily onto both knees( one TKR) and my wrist, hip. My spouse is disabled. The pain was excruciating in the knees even with access to a padded blanket and a bed pillow. Applied an ice pad for 30 min to left knee then shimmy over to chair. Grabbed the back of the SUV, grabbed the grounded chair ( spouse anchored the chair by sitting in it) and finally was able to kneel on that bad knee because now it was numb from the ice. So after 75 minutes, got up. Having xray of left leg because we think something is chipped off.

A few weeks ago my office chair base broke and I fell out. I remember reading about stairs, so I boot scooted outnthe patio door where we have stairs and got my legs down about 3 steps and was then able to stand up using the railing. Stairs are such a big help. As an alternative I would suggest installing a whole series of steel grip bars so you can use your arms to help pull yourself up.

@@EricDaw1 No…I recognize the movement from others who do the same”Get-up” kettlebell exercise. I’ve tried it, but I am not smooth with the movement. I keep injuring myself with back strain and tennis elbow and are reconsidering my strength routine. I need to dial it down…getting older!

@@EricDaw1 I have experienced in my past that when I'm routinely working out, e.g. Jazzercize, albeit in the 80's, or gym memberships, I had more energy and less appetite and automatically ate healthier. I also was working mom commuting into the city so everything was on fast mode.
