The first and most fundamental step to lose weight and get fit is a profound change of mindset. In this video, I am sharing my experiences, learnings, and ideas on the core components of the mindset shift that helped me lose 15kg (~33 pounds) of weight over 13 weeks of dieting and exercising so far. I am roughly halfway toward my ultimate goal of reaching 80kg in weight.
