They said it took four takes. They trashed their house. They did a live stream for the EP the next day and said it was trashed. They had quite a few friends I've seen in other things in there.

Yeah, I heard that. I think they meant the it was a one shot video. The ultimate video is all one long shot going from room to room with no cuts.

Scott is actually singing for most of the song - he’s just singing an octave lower than Mitch ;) And yes, a lot of their friends were in this: Their boyfriends Mark and Beau, Mario, Vincent etc. it was at the house Scott and Mitch shared at the time. Oh, and Scott’s jacket is one of his Gucci ones - so definitely fairly pricey ;)

The greatness in this song is that is has the club beat and the party video, but the lyrics are actually very sad. People can surround themselves with all kinds of noise and distraction to keep from focusing on their heartbreak.

I don't understand how you can fail to even mention the sad lyrics, or the message behind the up-beat and seemingly happy music. To me, what made this one of my instant favorites was how personal and incredible the lyrics were, and how much Mitch truly shared of himself here. So sad that I have yet to see any reactor truly appreciate that aspect of the song.

I've seen this several times but just realized the 2 guys in the bubble shower are the same 2 guys that Mitch led into the boxing ring on leashes in Future Friends. I have always focused my attention on Scott & Mitch but today I looked only at what was going on in the background - specifically because you mentioned that a lot of things had to go right in the background to do this in one take. Not my favorite of theirs either but a good tune when listening to the whole album.

I was wondering what you'd think of this video. It's not on my favorites list but, then again, I'm an old lady. LOL The one thing I did get a kick out of was that for once Scott was the more flamboyant and Mitch was more conservative (at least in wardrobe). All the work it took them to set this up & run through & then film it was definitely worth it. 😂 I think they said all the friends playing the extras were the ones actually being the "cleanup & reset" crew too.

My favourite part of this video is when Scott hits his head at 2:57, puts his hand at the back of his head and then tries to play it off as this suave move lmao. The worst is it kinda works because I didn't notice it until i'd seen the video like 3 times.
