Accent, clothes, personal appearance, where you live, how you walk, if you smoke, if you are married, your weight, do you have piercings etc- yea literally everything about you is judged by most people within a couple of seconds of meeting you and as more about you is revealed perhaps continuing judgements. But generally unless you are dealing with a particularly judgey and unpleasant sort - if you have a decent personality and behave in a decent sort of way most people will judge you by that regardless of any of the outer trappings.
