KZbin should sign contract with most companies gift cards ( starbuck, mc donald, safeway, walmart ect , ) on whole sale lower price and use it pay for youtube content creators as part of payments

There is no where in Adsense to put your payment info. Just says Threshold not met. Assuming once the threshold is met your able to add bank info etc...

It really doesn't matter if it takes you 1month or 3 months. You will be paid out the following month after hitting your threshold..

KZbin basically puts the money you earn in a piggy bank, and if at the end of the months it is over (your treshold) you will get paid, if it is not quite there yet, you will continue piling up on what you have already gathered until you have reached it.

One important fact is that Martha McSally was not elected into office. She was beaten in the 2018 senate race by Kyrsten Sinema. She got her position by default when Senator Jon Kyle resigned and was appointed in that position by the Governor of Az.
