Who is Zach Edey? Just who is this tall dude? And just how did the Grizzlies managed to get their paws on this giant? Lets find out.
Zach Edey is making waves in the NBA as the Memphis Grizzlies' 7'4" rookie center, a towering presence both literally and figuratively. Drafted 9th overall in 2024, his journey to this point has been marked by dominance in college basketball, skepticism about his NBA readiness, and an ongoing effort to prove critics wrong.

Edey is awesome! He just works hard to improve - he got better & better each year at Purdue - 2 time NCAA player of the year -& is trying to do the same (keep improving - helping his team) in Memphis.

He's got the right attitude and work ethic to prove all of the doubters wrong. I think he'll be in the NBA for at least a decade.

The NBA gave up on Big Men as impact players because there weren’t any good ones in the league. Zach Eddy proves that if you have talent and a good work ethic you can be a star. Conventional wisdom is generally closed minded and rarely right. Way to go Zach!

How is he dominating with 11 points per game
@anthonyfreund129
@anthonyfreund129 Ай бұрын
Small minds that focus only on points would ask such a question. Check his rebounds, blocks, screening off defenders for layups, and his interior presence in altering shots. I'm sure though Memphis missed your memo and needed your brilliant analysis.

@@anthonyfreund129 explain to me how 11 points and 7 rebounds per game is dominating. The guy is always in the paint and he's putting up such shit numbers 😂😂

@@OTB2002 he only gets 6-8 shots a game dude lol. He’s a rookie. If he was to shoot 12-15 even it would be closer around 20. They are deep and share the opportunities. It’s not just about points, specially when you are getting limited opportunities compared to college. He dominates when he does get his chances tho.

He’s playing minimal minutes now due to an injury. That’s what he’s doing with those short minutes. Go back and look at his games before that!
