When I marched in the 70's I Majorettes were taller (approx 6 ft height and taller with boots), thinner, shaper, heathier, and marched like beautiful tall stallions and they knew it. Today most if not all the HBCU majorettes are shorter, heavier, thicker, more round that shaped and don't look heathy at all. Yea, I'm speaking from experience marching and going to all the HBCU campuses and competing halftimes. I know what a saw and what I am seeing.

The dancers dance in ripples. If you see the rear doing something, its because the captain already did so.
