These two! I remember when Micki and the lady who replaced Jody first appeared on TV as the new Shalamar. I laughed so hard because I just knew what all Micki and Howard were "doing" on the road. I took one look at Micki back then and how he just smiled and played his guitar (Awesome guitar player BTW!!) and made his dance moves and just maintained his role. They more than likely have A LOT of stories. LMAO!!!

Been a deep Shalamar and Howard Hewett fan since Second Time Around and had the opportunity to meet him at the Sheldon in STL. Truly a dream come true. Have every one of his group and solo projects, including his gospel album. Bought an autographed cd that I will cherish forever. Really never had the overall popularity he deserved. However, time has served him well. To Jody Watley, I am from across the state from your hometown of KC and it’s time to bury the hatchet and since we all are over 50, please let it go. I understand that I am one pea in the pod but it’s time.

Hey Howard remember this young black guy who use to tour with Roger and Zapp who asked you to help him and you gave him your phone number but for whatever reason you never picked up the phone or returned his messages? If you only knew what you missed out on brother! I was over his house in his studio room and his is still on top of his game to the point he is still 💯 on point that would even make the heavy hitters say WHAT?!
