I can see using that blue base when cleaning the bore of a gun and have the end in a bucket to catch cleaner and patches.

What is the height of the art pedestal? I was thinking of getting one of these and mounting the Lee ACP to it.

If you are using the red bass than the top of the plate sets just under 6 inches off the bench. Add another inch and a half if you have the big blue cross over base.

That's the 21st Century. Most are made the same way but if you get one make sure it has the springs between the plates. Makes life much easier.
