No offense, but they should be 'well spoken'--they attend an excellent school, and not just excellent "for a black school"...most whites I know couldn't even get into that school or my mom's school Spelman. I attended my maternal granddad's great school Tuskegee as my parents were concerned about the D.C. area but I will likely let my youngest attend HU if he opts to not go into the Marines like my father-in-law.

Grateful afternoon. Our daughter is very interested in applying to Howard University. She wants to be a nuclear pharmacist. We enjoy your videos. I do have a question about housing. We live in the Dallas Texas area. Long way from DC! LOL Are the housing issues real? You see so much stuff on in internet and can't tell what's real or hype. Having on campus housing is very important for us. Any insight you can give, would be appreciated. Blessings!

Housing is guaranteed for under classmen (freshman and sophomores) after that it is not guaranteed. I’d say there is like a 20% chance that your daughter would have a housing issue. I haven’t been hearing about it as much as I was two years ago

would you recommend going to UDC instead of Howard? i really wanna go to Howard for architecture, but UDC has the same program (and costs less), so i'm not sure.

I’m honestly not sure, I haven’t gone over there or talked to any students. If it comes to it, you could always go to UDC for cheaper and spend some time at HU regardless

Hopefully Howard andother HBCUs focus more on STEM field programmes because there are too black people owning manufacturing or construction companies - that is why there are fewer black-owned global ICT companies. Otherwise ❤🎉
