The difference between a ex boy/girl friend and an ex spouse is huge! The person you choose to marry is the person you decided to commit the rest of your life too and sadly it doesn't always work out. I've been divorced for 8 years and I still talk too and occasionally have dinner with my ex wife. I assure you I don't talk too any of the ex-girlfriends I've made in those 8 years.
