My Chacha and Chachie and Cousins live up there in Wismar .Long ago they used to live Upper Demerara River but move out and settled in Linden and Wismar.My Birthplace is way up the Demerara River. The name of the Village is Clemwood.After I was born in 1960 my parents moved and settled in Goed Fortuin West Bank Demerara. This video brought back so much Memories. ROCKY did you see how fancy up Splashmin is. When you and I left Guyana it was just a creek running under the Highway. I used to take my kids there to swim on Sundays when no one was around. They loved to picnic under the bridge. It was awesome, fishing and barbequing. Catching Patua, sunfish and houri with shrimps bait. It was real fun to them.Enjoy the tour, a lot yet to see.

Linden is so beautiful too. Been there 35 years ago when the mines were functional. I went to The Persaud 's families in Wismar .Their families were mixed with Indo ,Amerindian and Afro.
