Hi, In this lesson, you spoke about using "Howere" at any position of a sentence; however you didn't bring any example to show how we can use "however" in any position of a sentence. I appreciate if you make another video to show more examples for this applicatant.

The first example I can think of starting a sentence with “but” is the following: “But by the grace of God, there go I”. Which means “were it not for God’s grace, I would be like that person.”, usually a person who has bad luck, is in jail, etc. This is not really a conjunction when used like this. I just remembered when you could start a sentence with but or however. For example, I could have said above: However, this is not really a conjunction… Or I could’ve said: But this is not really a conjunction… There are still two contrasting things going on. They are just not in the same sentence. Sometimes it is OK for the two contrasting ideas to be in different sentences.

I just thought of another use of however: I am either going to go today or tomorrow. However I decide, it will be OK. In this example, I don’t think you would ever substitute however with the word but. It certainly does not sound right.
