I would've called it a great video if you would've shown how to take out all of the small parts like the volume, power, mute button, etc, etc. If you ever find yourself doing that, please record it and post it.

That only happens when one changes the home button. The only way that I know to fix that problem is by repairing the old home button. There are videos for that.
