i realized my iphone is not charging anymore but only charges with wirless charging, so most likely my charging port is worn and needs replacing, i am going to replace it myself to save money, thanks for the video, very helpful

Its recommended to disconnect both battery connectors top and bottom, before removing Display.

I’m here because the Best Buy technician split my haptic connector in two. Yes split it in half!! And they won’t fix it. Said I did it after they wouldn’t fix it so I investigated myself…. Normally ive replaced my own batteries in the past, but just didn’t feel like dealing with the copying the old batteries serial nonsense…. Never again…. Incompetent teenagers running geek squad these days. “Apple certified”.
