A Day in My Life (#9): When a Typhoon hits Tokyo

Welcome to another day in my life - in rural Japan!
Also, on a completely unrelated note, TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY :DDDD
In this episode, I try to deal with the fact that train lines will stop for ~40 min / 1 hour while a typhoon is passing over. In retrospect, I probably should have expected that.
That being said, there have been a ridiculous number of typhoons in this last month. Ugh.

For some weird reason seeing you accomplish so much in a period of time motivates me to get off my butt and do something. +Teresa Simpson Of course! They are normally extremely reliable. The only time the train was late for me was when there was a Typhoon. I was in Japan for over a year, and the train was only late once. Even when it's late, you can get a piece of paper telling your employer that it was the trains fault, and not yours.

I am sorry about your stressful train experience, I am not a huge fan of rain either though luckily where I live we don't get that much rain.Oh and I feel your pain about finding shoes, I have really small but wide feet so I can like never find shoes and I really hate shoe shopping because of it.
