2 years late, but hey, Firefighter here. That extinguisher is likely using AFFF foam, which is a but like a soapy water. The saponification process makes a layer which when spread into burning liquids creates a barrier between the flame and the burning fuel. It wont re-ignite unless you disturb the surface.

HR Gentlemen, could you show the science behind the car drifting toward the tower after it's been dropped? I would think drop angle, wind direction and speed, center of gravity, and air friction (I probably got that term wrong, lol) would determine where the object lands. I would think by now you could drop a dart (regular size, lol) into a bull's eye from that height, based on the number of items you've dropped and how skilled you are at hitting items on the ground.
