we use couch and sofa, couches are big and might include things like fold out beds or lifting foot rests, sofas are smaller and are generally just cushions on a frame without any bells or whistles.

Ideia for video: Dump some gallons of gasoline in a big swimming pool (just enough to make a 1mm floating layer) and then lit It with a flaming arrow (just like the torch of the 1992 Barcelona Olympics). The answer to the sofa/couch question is we Americans use both terms but the are different things. A sofa is for one person only, it may recline but it doesn't have to. A couch is for multiple people, a couch for only two people is generally called a love seat. So the one you launched in the video is a love seat.

You should try attaching the GoPro to a parachute so it gets a stable picture coming down. Have it loosely sitting so it catches air as it falls and the camera is pointing down watching the ensuing chaos
