Howto add/Connect SQUID Proxy Server with MIKROTIK & bypass Squid Cache HIT object

Adeel My bro, first of all thanks to u bht achi vdo`s share karte ho aap or maene bht kuch seekha hae , mae aik company mae Linux administrator hon. mere area mae mera cable network chal raha hae mae aik choti si aapse help chahta hon. PPPOE server mikrotik ka ho proxy server squid ka ho, maene Jehanzaib sir ka blog parha hae but agar aap vdo mae practical karke dedon yeh scenario to mae apka bht bht shukar guzar honga. kindly do it asap i need to work for my cablenet

Dear Adeel .... thanks for such a great video. Mujhe poochna yeh tha k mein pehle jis office mein kam kar raha tha wahan pe mikrotik aur squid dono ki WAN ki cable ek switch mein lagi hui thi on PUBLIC IPs aur Mikrotik se direct LAN ki cable switch mein ja rahi thi... jis se users connect thay. Yeh jo aap ne crossover cable lagai hai woh nai thi us setup mein.

one more thing to ask , yeh jo squid ki configuration apke pass hae yeh Centos mae work nahi kar rahi, is this for ubuntu and fedora??

hello my frind adeel .. first thanks for this usefull video this really helped me :D but !! there are a question inside my head what if i want to do this idea on mikrotik router board 750gl with loadbalnacing PCC method with : router 1 in : 5.5.5.1 router 2 in : 6.6.6.1 what is the connection method and how many network card's should i use in this case ?????

Dear Adeel...Can you make a video on Configuring Squid with Load balancer with Dual WAN. Also I wanna ask that Where should we put the mangle rules... ?? in mikrotik Server on the Load balancing server..I am talking about PCCs..Ip routes etc which we normally use for load balancing using PCC.

why do we need to use cross over cable from squid proxy to mikrotik???

when u use same devices in network u will use cross over cable,, like PC to PC connection we need Crossover cable

Dear Adeel vai, it could noat work Mikrotik 6.0 , my configuration is : /ip firewall nat add action=dst-nat chain=dstnat dst-port=80 protocol=tcp to-addresses=192.168.100.1 to-ports=8080, may you please help how may i can do to solve this. Thanks.
