Using dark mode and setting as many apps as possible to display mostly black on the screen can help ALOT think about it, you can use your white phone screen as a flashlight, it can save you 20-30% and it is easier on your eyes

I have another redmi device with spark os installed in which replacing 3 Bengali font in system/fonts changes whole device Bengali font including all apps, but in my Poco x3 pro it doesn't do that, it only changes my device fonts like in settings, messages, notification, not in apps. How do I change fonts in apps

Well this phone in particular is the worst in the battery department, mine keep dropping battery for no reason, the phone is warm most of the time and nothing seems to fix this issue, i dont have games or lots of apps, i make a few calls a day and some texting and still the battery sucks i used to have the 3xl and battery was amazing it was charged every 2 days in the other hand the 6a dies in less than one day without any use at all, I also have an iPhone 8 plus for work and I dont have to worry about the battery draining for no reason, the iPhone battery last longer than the 6a, my daughter uses a galaxy A50 and her battery last the whole day doing tiktok, Facebook and any other social media app you can think of, just stay away from pixels until this problem is solved by Google.
