I don't even see how guys can think of it as a W when an ex comes back after no contact/give her space. When I break contact, I expect it to be final. It wasn't always like that. I used to crave the ego satisfaction of a girl coming back because she missed the D, because I just got it like that or whatever, but it rarely happened. Now, I'm thankful for that: if they had gotten back in touch, it would mean that they still wanted to extract something from me that's not in my interest. Honestly now I would feel embarrassed if an ex came back to me saying, "Hey let's have an open relationship on both sides, the other dudes I'm banging can't know about you, but we'll marry in 7 years". I would feel insulted if a woman thought she could try that on with me.

You should subdivide your content into "younglings" and "pro" (late 30s +) category. "I need to find myself" means VERY different things to 20 year old and 40 year old.
