I’m a swim instructor at the YMCA. All the Y’s have shut down and I haven’t taught a class in a month and a half. One of the girls in my classes is this cute little 5-year old with a peppa pig swimsuit. Because of this, I’d always joke with her about George’s dinosaur by attempting the famous, “where’s my dine-e-sawr”. This video completely reminded me of her and honestly just kinda melts my heart. Hi Yolanda! I actually have a suggestion. Instead of wasting the caramelization and the cake when leveling, you can use cake strips. The way cake strips work is that it is wrapped around the cake pan and cools it down so it cooks evenly, the cake will be flat and there will be no caramelization on the sides. You can buy one online or make one at home! To make it, you will only need 2 things: damp paper towel and aluminum foil. To make it you have to take the damp paper towel and wrap the foil around it.
