We muslims celebrate “eid al adha” in about a month from now.. can you do a sheep shaped cake for us ? Edi al adha is the second of two Islamic holidays celebrated worldwide each year (the other being Eid al-Fitr), and considered the holier of the two. It honours the willingness of Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to God's command. But, before Ibrahim could sacrifice his son, God provided a lamb to sacrifice instead. In commemoration of this intervention, an animal, usually a sheep, is sacrificed ritually and divided into three parts. One share is given to the poor and needy, another is kept for home, and the third is given to relatives. This year Eid al adha is going to be on july 31

Many Americans say "United States" but it's a good thing to make people aware of.

"America" is different than "North America." The US and Canada are both in North America, but only "America" without the "North" refers to United States...probably because the full name is "United States of America," so it makes sense to shorten it to just "America." If Canada's full name were something like "Canadian Republic of Northern America," for example, people would shorten it to "Northern America," and it would not be a slight on United States to do so.

9:15 - Yes, we Americans have a reputation for taking ideas and concepts that SHOULD be simple, and making them WAY more complicated than they need to be! Also, I've lived here my entire life and I've never even heard anyone acknowledge the blue rectangle on the flag. The flag has always been referred to as "Stars and Stripes" with no mention of the rectangle. The closest thing to any acknowledgement of it is in the color scheme of "red, white, and blue."

The rectangle has the stars, also referred to as the Field of Stars. Maybe you should study some history on Old Glory? American here and I love history!

Naomi Marshall we don’t have that as a bank holiday. I think maybe Boxing Day is the closest thing the uk has but there is no events attach to it anymore.

It’s because we went to all the other countries and ‘discovered’ them long after they’d been inhabited and subsequently we as a country we responsible for many murders in many different countries during the time of discovery. The deeper you long into British history the sadder it becomes. PS this was a module in my A level History course so that’s why I know this🤣😂x

I would say guy fawkes day as it’s the day someone tried to blow up parliament but you’re right, it’s not a bank holiday like every other country has
