I have a question, I know the simple syrup is for making the cake not crumble but what is in the syrup. Just water? Sugar?

It is made of 1 part sugar and 2 parts water. Also helps to keep the cake moist.

You're great at cake sculptures! Your cakes look delicious, too. Was that simple syrup you added? I decorated cakes for years in a retail setting, you used tools I've never seen. We did some shaping, but offered sooo many choices that it was difficult to do too much if what you showed. It is enjoyable, but the sheer volume of orders and case work, as well as wedding cakes we needed to generate took the joy, at times, right out. It was fun to see you having fun! I have just subscribed, and thank you for the great video!
