well I think he would of learn from a indigenous. Cause that's the best dang fish curry I tasted.

This was very tasty and will defo make it again. Couldn't find coconut milk so ended up with coconut water which I mixed 50/50 with almond milk. Is 400ml correct? I ended up with a lot of liquid which I had to reduce so took a bit longer. I used sea bass, it worked OK but had to be really careful as it falls apart easily. I also added raw king prawns (I had marinated these in the fish marinade) 3 mins before adding the fish and then only cooked further with fish in for 4mins So mine was Fish & Prawn masala 🙂
