CO2 & TVOC Measurement using CCS811 Air Quality Gas Sensor & Arduino

I know it's quite old already, but there are few things you forgot to mention/implement. First, the sensor has its burn-in period, during which the measures are not accurate. For some sensors it may take about 1 week to stabilize the reading. Second, this sensor needs temperature and humidity to compensate the readings. Both the values affect CO2 and TVOC otherwise. I saw you suggested to change I2C address in library, but this can be done by passing the address when initializing library.

great video! can u explain why the sensor can detect over 30,000 ppm? The datasheet tells us that CCS811just detect over 8,000 ppm.

Hello, a nice and simple project. Please tell me how you can add 5 more pieces of ws2812 led to this project so that they would change color from green - yellow to red as CO2 ppm increases . That would be really cool. How to do it? Is it very difficult?

How can I change the address in the library?

Go to library folder. Look for CCS811 library. Open the files using notepad++ and look for I2C address lines and change it.
