Faith, I ordered some little scripture cards online, they are credit card size, laminated and really cute. There were 100 in a box for $8. I keep them in my pocket or purse and bc I’m a big chicken, I leave them in bathrooms or on shelves in the grocery store, and at the table with my tip. But this last week I have started to give them to people face to face, and no one has been upset, they have just said thank you and smiled. I know that God will work on their hearts, my job is just to plant the seeds. I did feel better knowing you were nervous also. Why is it so scary to share Jesus? 💗

For several years before covid hit some of the members of the church I attended went every Wednesday to a shopping center and asked people for prayer requests because we were going to a prayer meeting and we would pray for their requests.. Most people would stop and give us a small list of prayer request and some would even let us pray for them right there on the street. Yes, there were people who would walk away or want to argue but that isn't something to be upset about because we were planting seeds in their minds and hearts. Always remember what you are doing is more often than not is planting seeds and letting the Lord plant people in your mind to pray for in the future. Keep on passing out your precious cards! And recently I started making little pretty cards and tags and things to add to the bags of things like afghans, crafts and artwork as an encouragement to people.

We're planning to put a Free Little Library in our front yard! Goal is to have it done by the time school lets out and to have adult and kids books both 50% with gospel centered content. Hoping it blesses our neighborhood with the gospel and gives us open avenues to get to know our neighbors better. I highly recommend "American Gospel" the movie for anyone thinking of sharing the gospel. 😃 these people have souls and they are dying. They will go to heaven or hell and it isn't enough to just "say nice things" to these lost souls. May God give us courage and work in broken hearts!

Before I was saved, I was sitting on a park bench crying about some drama in my wild unsaved life. While my head hung low, a woman quietly came up, lightly patted my hand as she slipped a track under it and walked away. I was embarrassed and offended by the track but appreciated the compassionate touch. I crumbled up the track but put it in my pocket. Weeks later, I found the track in my pocket and read it. Although I did throw it away ultimately, it planted a seed in me. I never forgot that lady and was moved by the story of Jesus' love for me. I was just a hard head and required a few more people sharing the gospel or handing me tracks, when I finally had a direct encounter with Jesus and was saved on 5/11/98. Thank you Lord!! Hey, you just never know what God is doing in someone when we share. Remember God saves, we are just called to be obedient and share about His Love and Hope. Pleasing God in doing this is our blessing!

Truth! Tactics is a great book that describes being a pebble in someone’s shoe. A friend was that for me over 20 years ago. Another invited me to church multiple times for years before I accepted. And, a few years later, I was baptized last Easter, fully surrendered, fully ready to walk in faith. I had to recover from the God of my upbringing. A lot of damage was done and had to be repaired. You never know in a random drive-by what someone’s experience has been. Doesn’t mean you should hold back sharing the best news!

I agree. The shaking of her head doesn’t not have to be negative. I know sometimes I shake my head and it’s not related to a negative gesture. In this case if I received that specific letter “Jesus sees you and he loves you” and something was going on in my life. I probably would have shaken my head in disbelief or to ward off tears like there’s no way I just received this it can’t be real especially during a tough time and Jesus has been silent. Or maybe even not wanting to take it in in that moment because it’s overwhelming. It may have been a negative shake for this woman but praying for her afterwards would have been my approach, which I’m sure she did. I would have been sad thinking we really live in a broken world and there’s so many people who are hurting.

This was overwhelming for me to watch and take in. I could literally feel that nervous feeling of approaching a perfect stranger. I could feel the goodness of some strangers. I also felt the head-shaking stranger. I felt all of it. I got tearful. I smiled. I felt joyful. I also felt dismayed. I just felt all the feels. This is a powerful video. There is something much bigger working here than a Bible verse and a note to a stranger. It is beautiful. Thank you, Faith. And Joe 😊. And babysitting high five to you too. 😅

Love ur cup analogy! Love ur cup! Maybe this moment will help the lady that initially rejected the message to accept Jesus into her heart and as her Lord and savior. Often, lasting change takes time. The note was meant for her. Once at Walmart a lady came up to me and asked me if there was anything I would like her to pray for me. I said, Yes. We spoke and she prayed for me right there at walmart. It’s been happening in its time. Slowly but now there is a significant difference. Just thought I would share.

My grandma had a mother's day candle holder that she loved but and used daily. It broke and I glued it together but it was unsave to use because of all the sharp edges. So I got moss and flued it to the cracks to cover the edges and villed it with fake flowers. She really liked it. :) Also thank you for all the awesome videos you do.

I used to leave notes like that everytime I went out. I would tape them to a pop machine with enough for a soft drink and a scripture reminder that Jesus loves the person that received it. I've even mailed notes to random addresses in the phone book just to maybe encourage someone that God loves them. I got away from it and do other things but I want to do more of that again. We have giving boxes where I live where you drop off food and used books and we leave little notes attached and inside of those books, you can spread a little hope just about anywlhere. You never know when someone will open that book and find your note of encouragement and if God plans it right, it will be the right person and that right time and that little note could spark something beautiful. I am encouraged by this to start my notes up again and find more and more ways to tell people about how much God loves them. God bless; keep looking up!

Recently I asked God to send me someone who needs help and a second later I see a homeless man sitting on the parking lot. Keep doing this! No matter the initial response, you don't know what impact those notes will have on someone's life long-term. Hi! I am SO glad I found your KZbin channel! I love it!! I happened upon you by searching how to make Baby Ring Slings! And I clicked on like a four year old video of yours (which was an awesome tutorial by the way!). Anyway because it was such a good tutorial I clicked on your channel to see if you had any others I’d be interested in watching and to my surprise there were all these videos about Christianity, sharing our faith, etc. etc.! So exciting! I’ve been a born again Christian for 35 years and I have been very interested in (finally!) reading through the whole Bible. I will definitely look into your program. I did find an app called Thru The Bible and I really like it! They use old radio broadcasts from Dr. J Vernon McGee (he has since passed away) and I really like his style. He was a Methodist minister which is different than what I’m used to but I still am totally enjoying it and learning so much. I’m wondering if you’ve ever heard of him and what you think of his teachings as far as if they line up with the Bible. By the way, I was watching a KZbinr who was talking about how to pray for God’s healing (physical healing from health ailments). It was totally different than any way I was ever “taught” to pray. I was excited at first and began praying the way she said to and almost immediately I had a pit in my stomach that I was doing something wrong. I felt like I was demanding in a way for healing by “claiming”. It’s hard to explain. But I believe one of my spiritual gifts is discernment; ever since I was very young I could discern good from evil (even when evil disguises itself as something of God). So I stopped praying in that way and went back to praising God for everything (even if I never get healed). Like you said, we have ALREADY been given so much more than we deserve when Jesus died on the cross for each and every one of us! Praise God!! Anyway, sorry this is so long but I would love to know what you think of Dr. J Vernon McGee. Thanks so much!!

I agree that there is a need for us to meet people where they are. Some people wouldn't step into a church if you paid them, so they are never going to hear that Christianity isn't what they've been told it is, and will never learn the love of God. We can meet those people through conversations and relationships in the in-between-moments and work, school, stores, online communities, etc.

I'm starting and pausing this video so that I may copy the messages you penned and showed with the verse references. I'm praying for the same things you prayed while driving with your husband, Joe. I feel as if you were speaking from MY heart. Coincidence? Nope! I know this video was made 11 months ago, but I want you to know it was meant for me today! don't know if you'll read this, but keep at this. When God showed me that we don't do this for results, and it's up to Him, maybe that'll lessen the hurt.
