Didn't work for me and I have an Acer. Norton updated my drivers and I guess the camera drivers that they installed are not compatible with this Acer camera. I reverted back to the previous drivers and it didn't work. I tried everything you suggested and it still didn't work. Is there anything else that I can do?

yoo, i watched some video troubleshooting the same problem, he eventually told me to delete the camera and when i restart my pc check for updates and the camera will be there, i did what he said, deleted the camera, restarted and checked for updates, it didn't come back😢😢, i am trying to reinstall it like you mention in the video, i found my serial number i copied it and pasted it, it says it can't find my product, i made sure i didn't copy it wrong, even copied it manually, still couldn't find my product, please reply
