Dudes, I use FaceFusion myself. It's not rocket science. The app does everything for you. Real skill is like we used to do old school, Open up Adobe after effects and motion track and then go back and fix all the tracking mistakes, and then add our own faces. That was work, this is simple shiznet.

In videos, the face often flickers between the original and the merged one, and many times, it doesn’t even recognize the face properly. It’s unfortunate because unless the subject is facing directly forward and staying completely still, it just doesn’t work well. (I tried tweaking the settings quite a bit, but it didn’t help.)
