As of august 2023 northern class 319s have been displaced on the Manchester-Crewe line and occasional work on the Manchester-Liverpool line. Your best bet is to either go to Liverpool or ride the 6 services from Victoria to Wigan. The 6 services from Victoria to Wigan are: 2G91 0713 Manchester Victoria to Wigan North Western 2G92 0813 Manchester Victoria to Wigan North Western 2G93 0913 Manchester Victoria to Wigan North Western 2G94 1613 Manchester Victoria to Wigan North Western 2G95 1713 Manchester Victoria to Wigan North Western 2G96 1813 Manchester Victoria to Wigan North Western

Really I thought the 319s would be gone already but no they're still in service until the end of the year on LNWR so it won't be my last time seeing a 319 in London
