Your tv will need to have a usb port on the back. USB ports can often supply a small amount of power. The power block that comes with the ONN can provide the power if your tv doesn't have a usb port built-in

Thank you for this video. I did get one of these and it works great, with one exception. I cannot figure out how to get it to turn on both my HDMI Tv as well as my AV receiver at the same time. It will do one or the other but not both at the same time. Any idea if this is a capability, like it was with my Firestick 4K?

Do you know if there is a way to prevent or block automatic updates to the Android OS? It seems that when the OS is updated and the ONN4k restarted, it loses the ability to connect to ethernet and loses or trashes the connection to my USB memory stick. The only way to restore that is to do a factory reset and avoid the system UPDATE button. THen I can once again connect to the internet via ethernet but still have to reinstall apps and re-format the USB memory stick. Any ideas on this? Thanks.

Even with the new Onn 4k Pro that was recently released for $50, the Onn 4k for $20 is still one of the best values out there and still performs great. I would definitely recommend this device, but if you can afford the extra $30 get the Onn 4k Pro for the extra storage. They're both great devices.

Yes you'll need to have Wi-Fi so it can connect to the Internet, there's a port on the box for a HDMI cable that plugs in the back of the TV.
